(1) The Garbage (Management and Resource Mobilization) Act, 2044 has been repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Garbage (Management and Resource Mobilization) Act, 2044 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Act.
(3) All movable, immovable assets, employees and liabilities of the Center for Waste Management and Resource Mobilization established in accordance with the Act under subsection (1) shall be transferred to the Center under this Act.
